The news coming out of Turkey and Syria is heartbreaking. The loss of life and devastation is terrible. As the tragedy unfolds on the ground we pray not only for those directly affected; those who survived and those still trapped and all who have lost loved ones or wait for news, we pray also for the many around the world who have family and friends in the affected regions. There are many within our own community who will be grieving or fearful as they wait for news.
Pray with us that these might all find comfort and consolation at this time and going forward. May they know the love of God and experience it in the kindness of community.
