Colin Palmer’s Art Class.
Our annual summer activity week got off, once again, to a great start with a full class of aspiring ‘artists’ joining Colin as he guided them through painting a picture in watercolour. Every year folks look at the example of the finished product and say ‘I couldn’t paint a picture like that!’ Then, after a couple of hours of excellent tuition from Colin, they have all exceeded their wildest expectations and produced a painting of their own that they can be genuinely proud of.
Thank you Colin. Well done to each of you who joined the class! Thank you also to each of the volunteers that baked and served scones with jam and cream for tea afterwards. It was a lovely afternoon.
