We’d like to invite you to come and join us for our Harvest celebration service and lunch on Sunday 21st September. The service will start at 10.30am, but you’re welcome to join us from 10am for refreshments. Usually there are pastries to go with the tea and coffees.
The service will a quite traditional harvest service with a number of familiar harvest hymns and songs so if the last time you attended a harvest service was when you were at school this should feel familiar. It will be an all-age service too, so the kids will stay in through the service with their families.
In recognition of the challenges faced by our farmers and farming community we will make their needs a special part of our service. So if you enjoy your fresh food produce then this would be a great opportunity to give thanks for those who labour throughout the year to make it available to you.
