We would like to say thank you to all the volunteers who made this afternoon’s community event possible and to the very many families and folk who came to join us. It was lovely to meet so many of you and chat. Your support and participation created a wonderful atmosphere.
We would also like to thank all those who were present at 1pm and joined with us in paying our respects to the memory of Queen Elizabeth II with a minutes silence and also as we sang together ‘God save the King.’
We will in time advise you of the funds we raised for our nominated charity Safe Families, and for the funds raised for Swindon Night Shelter through their ever popular pop-up shop.
