You may have read about Katy's time in India helping children at risk of HIV/AIDS. Katy writes:
"From the 1st-8th January I'll be living on a simple diet of just rice and beans in order to raise money for the charity Emmanuel Ministries Calcutta that I was working with in India over the summer.
